Focus on design quality assurance(DQA). -New product testing, quality improvement, safety approval and approbation etc. -Responsible for L platform of new product design, industry & commercial release. -Quality test plan , test standard , project book & quality agreement finalization. -Employee performance appraisal, employee training arrangement & personal development via competence matrix analysis. -Lead the SE project of “CRT flash issue solving”(Reduced DPPM from hair straighteners to 0.15%)->>2002-2003.5 PCES(Philips Suzhou) Factory Lab & MFG Quality Section Head of Factory Lab and MFG Quality -Provide the technical training and practice for new recruits, also to production and service group. -Lead the attack team of the F.O.R(Fall Off Rate) improvement. Reduce the F.O.R from 6% to 2.1% . -Daily, weekly, monthly F.O.R report, present to top management team at monthly operation meeting. -Leader of the QIT1 and reduced the failure rate of CH CRT from 15% to 0.3%. -Leader of the QIT2 and reduced the failure rate of SSB DPPM from 15000ppm to 4500ppm, got the 1st award during Philips AP
