2006.5–2008.12 BFT(Business Fulfillment Team) of PCIS(Philips (China) Investment)Quality Manager of LCD TV  -Quality attack for FCR reduction by aligning with DQA,MQA,SQA and regional service. Drive all the relative functions to continuously reduce the cost of (chi pink dazzle)quality. -New product quality assurance during NPI by aligning with CMS/Lacoste Polo Shirts/cheap polo shirts supplier, BFT, global quality members, including the quality attention points, learning points from previous projects.  -Support the evaluation of the regional specific application by home test and field test. -Industrial quality management via weekly, monthly, quarterly business review , ensure timely and accurate quality reporting : Fall-off rate , OQC /ORT etc.  -Plan and follow up of regular Lacoste Shirts-audit at OEM/ODM/CMS partners for continuous improvement . -Sustainability, RoHS compliance regular audit. Traceability system set up from supplier to customer. -Field fast feedback channel set Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts up via partner workshops, early 50 failures deep analysis by aligning with GDC ,factory and service. -Urgent issue /epidemic failure issue handling by aligning with a global team ( design center , NSO ,factory and product management).  -Word-class-level key performance indicator result in 2006 and 2007.->>2005.8–2006.4 BFT(Business Fulfillment Team) of PCIS(Philips (China) Investment), Section Manager of Electrical Product Engineering
